Advanced Sourdough Class

In this 3-4 hour class you will be introduced to the finer details and fun of sourdough!

Students will learn to:

✔ Work with higher hydration dough
✔ Incorporate flavor add-ins
✔ Create open crumb structure
✔ Use advanced scoring techniques
✔ Troubleshoot fermentation issues

You will leave with an inclusion loaf to take home and bake!
