Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of freshly prepared baked goods, all sales are final once an order has been prepared.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Rolling Shoals Bakery within 24 hours of pickup so we can address the concern.

For baking classes and workshops:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another class date.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class may be eligible for a class credit but are not refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

If Rolling Shoals Bakery must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.

We appreciate your understanding as our products and events are carefully planned and prepared in advance.
